2020 Online Voting Instructions

Online voting for the Board of Directors will open on February 3rd and end at noon on February 20th.
2. Login on left hand side under “Member Login.” If you do not have an account,
please click “Register” at the center of the screen.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be at the Home Page. Find “Elections” in the
menu to the bottom left and click it.
4. On the election page, you will see a list of elections. Find the 2020 Board of Directors election and click “Vote Now.”
5. On the Candidate Selection page, you will see 5 candidates listed. You may download their bios and headshots by clicking “View Candidate Bio” next to each name. This will download a PDF.
6. Choose the three candidates for which you wish to vote.
7. Select “Confirm Vote” when you have made your selections.
8. On the Vote Confirmation page. Review your votes. If you need to change your vote, select “Back.”
9. Once you are sure of your vote, select “Vote.”
10. You can now print this page to have proof of your vote. Your vote is locked in at this point.
11. You have completed the voting process and may log out
