COVID-19 Precautions

Due to the COVID-19 virus, the HOA is taking precautions to protect homeowners, board members, and office staff. At this time, we are limiting person to person contact as much as possible.
(1) The staff is available to help with issues via phone and email. We cannot accept walk in meetings for the time being.
(2) The board meeting scheduled for Thursday March 19 was postponed. We will send updates when a new date has been determined.
(3) Payments can be dropped through the mail slot at the front door of the office or mailed to the HOA office. We are happy to mail or email a receipt, if requested.
(4) The Eggstravaganza originally scheduled for March 29th has been cancelled.
(5) Common area playgrounds are currently closed and should be avoided. The HOA is having the equipment hand wiped daily and power washed weekly, however residents are urged not to attend non-essential gatherings, including playgrounds in order to help slow the spread of the virus.
We appreciate your patience as the HOA deals with this unprecedented situation. We will continue to update the community via eblasts and our Facebook page.
