Statement Coupons and January Assessements

Assessments for the Two SunsetPointe HOA are due on January 1, 2021 and are considered late if payments arenot received by January 30, 2021.

HOA Statements and coupons were mailed the week of December 14, 2020.Due to postal delays, it may take longer to receive them than normal.

You can download statements by logging to owner.sbbmanagement.com:

1) Clicking on “Billing” on the left hand side.

2) Click “Download Report” next to Account History.

3) Click “Transaction History” and choose “Statement W Future Charges(includes Coupons)”

4) Click “Last 30 Days” and choose YTD.

If you'd like to receive statements via email:

Click "My Contact Info" on the left hand side and make sure"Email" is set as the General Communication Preference and theBilling Communication Preference.

Two Sunset Pointe HOA offers a number of ways to pay the quarterly assessments:

Pay online through your ownerportal. https://owner.sbbmanagement.com

Pay with CIT online at https://propertypay.cit.com/

When you pay online at CIT Bank you can make a One-Time payment byclicking ‘Pay Now’. To make a One-Time transaction, fill in all of the requiredinformation – It will ask for: Management ID: 20 and Association ID: 251.

Once you fill out the required information you can choose if you wantto make the payment by eCheck or with a Credit or Debit Card. Paying by eCheckis $1.95, paying with a Credit or Debit card incurs a processing fee (disclosedon website).

Payments may be made at theon-site HOA office at 2300 Dawn Mist Drive.

You can deposit your check or money order in the mail slot on the frontdoor of the office. A staff member is working each weekday to process thepayments as normal.

Please make checks payable to Two Sunset Pointe HOA. Include youraddress and account number on your check.
