HOA Statements and Coupon Delays

The Two Sunset Pointe HOA office is aware that a number of homeowners in the community have not received their statements and coupons for 2021. We have received confirmation that the statements were mailed and should be showing up at any time.
The United States Postal Service is reporting that over 14,000 workers have had to quarantine due to COVID exposure, which is massively slowing down their production times. The HOA office is continuing to work with the Post Office and vendors to track the statements and ensure that owners receive them.
The HOA office can still process your check or money order without your coupon.
Please ensure your Sunset Pointe address and/or account number is on the payment. You can mail or drop off payments to the office located at 2300 Dawn Mist Drive Little Elm, TX 75068.
HOA statements and coupons can also be emailed to owners each quarter. This is a great option for owners to stay up to date on their accounts and serve as a reminder for assessment payments.
- Click "My Contact Info" on the left hand side
- Make sure "Email" is set as the General Communication Preference and the Billing Communication Preference.
