Homeowners of Two Sunset Pointe should be receiving their Annual Meeting Notice in the mail this week. 

Each homeowner will be receiving an email on Monday, February 1, 2021, with the link for casting an online vote. We encourage all homeowners to cast a vote to help reach Quorum! 

If the quorum is not reached, the meeting will have to be rescheduled, costing the Association thousands of dollars in printing and mailing fees.

The quorum may also be reached by casting your vote with an Absentee/Proxy ballot included in the Annual Meeting Notice. 

Absentee/Proxy ballots may be mailed to 2300 Dawn Mist Drive, Little Elm, TX, 75068, or dropped in the mail slot of the onsite HOA office door. 

Owners who submit an absentee/proxy ballot or vote online will be entered into prize drawings! Owners who cast their vote during the first week have the most chances of winning, so get your vote in early!
